FormHeartbeat is an independent product built and operated by Wei, a software developer testing a narrow idea with small WordPress and Webflow agencies.
Why this exists
A contact page can load, accept a submission and show success while the actual enquiry never reaches the client's inbox. FormHeartbeat is designed to verify that full journey and leave useful evidence when it breaks.
The current stage
FormHeartbeat is in an early managed-pilot stage. There is no claim of a large team, mature self-serve platform or guaranteed delivery. The founder reviews compatibility, obtains written authorisation, configures each check and handles support directly.
How the pilot is run
The first pilot is intentionally small: up to five approved sites and ten compatible forms for 30 days. External forms are not submitted without written permission, test data is clearly recognisable, and monitoring can be stopped immediately.
